Delivery Policy

Once your payment comes through, we’ll send you your paper ticket via courier. Your ticket will be delivered to the delivery address you gave us when you made your booking. Your tickets will be delivered in approximately two business days for city limits and three business days for other areas from the date of purchase. Cancellation and Refund Policy :

To understand the charges applicable to your reservation, check the fare rules mentioned on the booking page Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, radiancetourism.com charges a cancellation fee of AED 40 per passenger per trip/sector. To cancel online, just hop on to your pages.

Circumstances of cancellations:

 

Airline Travel :

1) No show Cancellation – Where passengers could not travel due to late arrival or any other personal reasons

2) Direct Cancellation – Request from passengers directly to radiancetourism.com via email or online. Or directly to airline, considers as a cancellation.

3) Airline Cancellation – Circumstances where airline cancels its flights due to technical, natural causes etc considered as a cancellation.

In all above situations , Refunds will be allocated according to airline rules and regulations. Refund status and percentage can be known within 48 hours of request.

 

Hotel/Activity : 

1) No show Cancellation – Where passengers could not travel due to late arrival or any other personal reasons

2) Direct Cancellation – Request from passengers directly to radiancetourism.com via email or online. Or directly to hotel/vendor, considers as a cancellation.

3) Vendor Cancellation – Circumstances where vendor services its flights due to technical, natural causes etc considered as a cancellation.

In all above situations, Refunds will be allocated according to vendor rules and regulations. Refund status and percentage can be known within 48 hours of request.

 

Cancellation Charges :

The cancellation charges depend on many factors, such as:

1. Airline: Often, different airlines have different cancellation charges and policies.

2. Sector: Some sectors have higher cancellation charges than others.

3. Fare Structure: Some fares attract higher cancellation charges than others.

4. Time of cancellation: Usually, the closer it is to the departure date, the higher the cancellation charges.

5. Hotel: Cancellation charges may depends upon Hotel/Regional – rules and regulations.

 

Refund :

After verifying the refund request, refund computation will take 12 working days and the amount will reflect in account within 15-20 working days depending on the issuing Bank. Difference in fare and taxes applicable when the amendment is made will also be collected. Amended vouchers will be emailed within 12 hours.
